Carolan Enterprises is a registered Simmental operation formed by Jason & Kellie Carolan in 1999. Together we serve as the owners, managers and the hired help! We produce bulls and females for commercial producers as well as other seedstock breeders with a focus on practical, profitable cattle. Currently, we sell cattle privately off the farm and at the Iowa Beef Expo. Some of the cattle carry the Mijac/CE prefix as we work cooperatively with Mijac Simmentals-Mike & Jackie Skala (Kellie’s parents).
